
Cavan and Monaghan Education and Training Board
are inviting applications under the Youth Employability Initiative Call
from the community, voluntary and not-for-profit services and organisations with a track record of working with NEET Young People
The specific aim of this Initiative is to target young people between 16 and 24 years of age who are not currently in employment, education or training, in order for them to attain a level of confidence and agency to engage in currently available programmes or services. Projects will be expected to engage with identified young people, with a view to developing their personal and social competencies and to meet their Youth Employability Needs as identified by CMETB, ultimately preparing them for onward progression in their employment lives.
Maximum grant available to Individual projects will be €50,000
Closing date for receipt of applications is 12 noon on the 30th of November 2018. Applications received after this date will not be considered in any circumstances.
