With effect from 1 May 2013, the Office of the Ombudsman can examine complaints made by the public in relation to the “administrative actions” of an additional 180 public bodies. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a complaint made to Cavan and Monaghan ETB, you may request the Ombudsman to review your case.
